Founder & Director
With over 15 years in public administration and territorial development, Vincenzo has a deep, practical understanding of bureaucracy. He works as an ICT consultant and project manager, coordinating renovation projects both at the desk and directly on site. He liaises with technicians, contractors and public offices, ensuring clarity and continuity at every step. His presence in the community offers access to local networks and reliable guidance. He is the reference point for navigating the territory efficiently and with confidence.
Mariangela Tortorella
Co-Founder
With a background in Communication, Marketing, and International Business and experience across the UK, Europe, and Russia, Mariangela returned home in 2014 to apply her international perspective to local area promotion and development. She supports companies, international individuals, and remote professionals interested in living in Italy, providing end-to-end support—from cultural orientation to local integration. Combining a global vision with deep local insight, she connects people and projects, in rural and small-town areas, helping them navigate the territory while building meaningful connections.
